In 2007 Paul Bird Associates was approached to facilitate a senior team workshop for the insurance division of one of the major UK banks. The Team Director, following a series of internal reorganisations wanted to review the team’s working relationship and identify key improvement areas. Paul Bird interviewed all of the team members and undertook a survey of the teams views. At a workshop facilitated by Paul the team reviewed their individual behavioural preferences, identified areas where teamwork could improve and identified opportunities for the team to enhance teamwork and communication.
