In 2006 Paul Bird Associates was invited by one of the major UK banks to assist with the launch of their new Bond series. Senior Management were concerned that their sales team were lacking motivation for the launch as they had recently been involved in a number of Bond launches. Paul ran two motivational workshops for the Regional Sales Teams focusing on the power of positive thinking and mental conditioning. He facilitated a review of the benefits of the new Bond to existing customers and the team identified individual sales action plans. Following the workshop the team exceeded their sales targets and all expectations.
