Executive coaching – UK and International Pharmaceuticals Company
A senior manager of a UK pharmaceuticals company approached Paul Bird Associates to assist with their personal development. The manager lacked confidence having been recently promoted to a new role. Over the course of 4 coaching sessions with Paul Bird the manager was able to confidentially explore the reasons behind their lack of confidence and was able to develop a more positive mindset and better coping mechanisms to deal with self doubt and stress. The manager has since been promoted again following an outstanding performance.
