One of the largest manufacturers of it’s kind in Europe Paul Bird Associates was approached in 2005 to help create and deliver a set of values that would transform people’s attitudes within the business and create a results oriented culture built on openness, trust and integrity.
Paul Bird facilitated a Board workshop in 2005, working closely with the Board to identify the culture they wanted and Paul is now retained by the Company to provide 1 to 1 coaching support to the Directors and middle management throughout the Company as well as running motivational workshops and offering advice on people development.
