Paul Bird is a unique Leadership Coach, entrepreneur, motivational conference speaker and workshop facilitator with over 30 years senior management experience in the leisure, hospitality and retail sectors.

Having formerly been Managing Director of Boddington’s Village Leisure Hotels, and held various Operations Director positions with Berni Inns, Burger King, and Wimpy International, Paul founded Trainstation Healthclubs in 1997 with support from venture capital group 3i, selling it 4 years later to Crown Sports Plc for £8.5m.

After practicing as a hypnotherapist for 2 years Paul established Enjoy Coaching to share his experience with other business leaders and his unique combination of Plc and entrepreneurial experience coupled with his “no bull” approach combine to provide practical, results oriented coaching.

He is currently retained as Executive Coach by one of Europe’ largest wallpaper manufacturing companies and his clients include Barclays, Halifax, Bank of Scotland, General Insurance, 3663, Venture, Primebake, Linde Sterling, and Rohm Haas.

Paul is a qualified behavioural analyst with DISC, and the Hay Group Emotional Intelligence Assessment and he specialises in leadership coaching designed to help executive clients exploit their business, personal and team potential.

Adrian Marks is an entrepreneur, renowned creative sales strategist and inspirational conference speaker with over 20 years experience in owning, managing and building businesses within the leisure, hospitality and retail sectors.

Having worked in senior positions within IHG, Whitbread, JPI Group and Salesmakers International. Adrian became part of the executive team that set up the national leisure chain Viva! in 1995 selling 4 years later to Hilton Hotel Group for almost £24m.

Currently retained as a sales and marketing strategist for a recently launched TV channel through the Sky digital platform his portfolio of Clients include David Lloyd Leisure, Marriott Golf, Greens Health & Fitness Clubs and QHotels.

Adrian Marks is also the founding Director of enjoy!, a specialist marketing agency specialising in the provision of local marketing activity for multi-site national brands across industries as diverse as retail, restaurants, furniture, hotels, golf, finance and fitness.
